Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Maternity Leggings (due to intimate nature and stretch fabric testing)
  • Maternity Tank & Camis (intimate wear category)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exception: We make exceptions for defective or incorrect items – please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or wrong product.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Further instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include in your return package:

  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging if possible
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the package

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
